I'm tired of researching. Looking for methods. Practising hanging and all that. A gun would make it all more simple. We are biologically suicidal. By living we are dying, in a slow way.

Yes, but of course, with all methods, there is the SI (survival instinct) to overcome even with the most peaceful and reliable methods (or violent/brutal but reliable and painless). This is coming from someone who once owned a firearm and is currently waiting on the right moment to re-acquire and have his own method again. There is certainly a feeling of relief and peace when knowing that there is a (reliable) exit on the ready.
