AIDS is actually a tough and long way to ctb.
I also have charcoal method on my mind because of the availability of materials that are required for it . Make sure you have CO meter to ensure the level of CO is sufficient enough to ctb..

I've heard death by aids is a very slow and painful death but maybe it would feel better with a infected partner dying alongside you? Some people say suicide by cop is unethical but who cares about ethics when you want to ctb.

yeah its terrible!!
i dont think ill be able to buy a CO meter tho. i was thnking of just burning a ton (like maybe 12 kg of charcoal) and hoping it works.... what do you think, is a meter totally necessary ?

12kg of charcoal, i think that is too good amount. It also depends how small is the area.
CO meter helps you have the surety, but yeah, it's pretty costly

I used to think about cbt by cop, mostly when I was between 16 and 24 (I'm 28 now). I hadn't really considered how that would impact the cop because I couldn't really see beyond the pain I feel.

I've been to this private mental health ward many times over the years for depression and they take a lot of emergency responders that have PTSD. One of the guys there told me his story and it completely put me off attempting it. He was a cop and he had someone try and cbt by cop and it left him with PTSD even though he managed to deesculate the situation and he said probably won't ever return to the field. He didn't want to kill someone (particularly who is struggling with their mental health) and he didn't want to leave his kids without a father if things esculated. It made me sad honestly because he was really nice and was clearly in the police for the right reasons which is sad because we need more cops that have empathy for people who are struggling and awareness of mental health.

Yeah it's good to have one if you can..
As such you are having 12kg of charcoal which should be more than enough.. Most ppl use 1/3rd of that amount as a lot of charcoal can create lot of heat that may be unbearable. Plan well and you'll be good on your journey to peace ✌️
It's my pleasure🫂❤️ Happy to help

It's really sad to hear his story. We actually need such cops who understand mental health
