Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Will it cause you to die...yes.
Will it hurt like hell...YES!!!

Look for something thicker.

+1
It will work but will dig deep, and potentially very very slowly cut your throat open.
Excruciatingly painful.
Using thin wires to hang people was used as an especially painful execution.

Are you specifically aiming for hanging?
With wire like that you're more likely to decapitate yourself.

Wouldn't a thick rope be better, or at least that's what I saw on the suicide wiki?

I can't arrange rope. My family members are already suspicious

It doesn't have to be a rope... just something thicker. Strength test some random stuff like belts and thick extension cords. Think outside the box a bit if rope isn't possible. If you're doing partial you have more options since it won't need to hold as much weight.

Like other users say, you should use sth thicker. And it doesn't need to be a rope.

A good heavy duty extension cord would work. Just do not drop.

I would advise against using wire! Extension cords are normal everyday items that won't be suspicious to buy or have.

I would also advise against cables. This one seems a little bit too thin and yes, it does hurt very badly. I have tried to do partial hanging with hdmi cable (famous thread when I ran mad after mother's death) lubricated with soap twice but it's just too painful. Choose something else if you can.

If all else fails, triple up and put some cloth against your skin.
