Will I survive if I vomit the SN?

I am a young adult. My plan is like this:
1 hour before taking SN - 1000 mg paracetamol
40 minutes before taking SN - 3x10 mg metoclopramide and 2x40 mg ondansetron
30 minutes before taking SN - 4x20 mg famotidine

Fasting starts from 22:00 to 11:00. That means I will fast for 13 hours

I will prepare three glasses. I will probably vomit the first glass(people vomit if they take antiemetic too) so I will drink the second glass. If I vomit again I will drink the third glass.

Will I definitely die ?

The lethal dose of sodium nitrite is around 2.6g. People usually ingest 10x that, so a lot more can be absorbed at once, meaning even if you vomit, as long as enough time has passed for the SN to be absorbed you should still die. That's why you need to fast before taking SN, so it is absorbed as quickly as possible. Unless you vomit almost instantly, there is a chance enough has already been absorbed.
