Will I be able to hang myself

Is it possible to hang myself if I don't have a high point but have sort of a horizontal bar in one of my door frame? I am 163 cm tall and if I raise my hands up the bar first perfectly in my palms, so it's not that high and using a chair won't be nessesary also it will make some noise if I will use it. Is it possible to just fall forward bending my knees? Won't I be able to chiken out and just stand up in that case or the force of falling forward and pressure on my neck will make me disoriented enough?
And how quick is the process? How loud is it? I am living with my boyfriend in 1 bedroom apt without so I don't have much privacy

You could go with partial hanging, although it is very easy to back out with that method. So taking benzos would help you pass out quickly and prevent your SI from saving your body.

I've seen people using Benadryl as a replacement for benzos, as long as it makes you drowsy it should be okay.

Yes there will be convulsions. No one can tell you how bad they will be. Some people it's very minimal and for some people they are very strong. No way to know beforehand.
