I couldn't get any benzos from my psych and Im wondering if hydroxyzine will do anything for it. I also don't have any access to alcohol

Great for sleep and anxiety. I take it because I sometimes can't sleep due to those things or over thinking about things. I pop one and I am out for 20 hours or more...the hang over is harsh too. I fell asleep at my desk a few times from it. it will help a little and maybe enough to ground you.

do you think it would be enough to lower the anxiety of kicking the chair? I basically have a whole bottle so i could take it after I set up and then basically partial into full suspension since I have a rolling chair
