Obviously the only thing that this would be relevant in protecting a person from is cases of sexual assault - ie something that can't be removed from the wearer without the wearer unlocking them. Something like this has been developed:

Of much broader relevance, here is a list of providers who will perform sterilizations on consenting adults, no or few questions asked, without gatekeeping along lines of, "too young," "no / too few children already," "questions about your sexual orientation," or things like that. There are both recommendations linked in the OP and in the comments below, and advice for assembling a binder / folder of documents to bring with you to present your case to a doctor (shouldn't be necessary but unfortunately sometimes that's what it takes)

This doesn't really seem to be the case. The way @Weebster talks about chastity belts makes it seem like women are being forced to wear them against their will, so the joke about guys picking the locks seems to imply that it's a jailbreak, to help them escape.

If women were wearing them by choice, that would be totally different, but it doesn't seem to be what Weebster was saying (unless I misunderstood).

The post is a joke (let's start right there) correlating the idea that abortions might cease to be performed and the use of chastity belts as a contraceptive method to prevent pregnancy, so I don't see how joking about people lockpicking them would be related to rape.
