In my opinion, it is impossible to be happy in a world where there is so much pain and suffering. As the user said above, this life is very unfair. Everything is determined by luck and chance. I see it as better to never be born in the first place as to never exist means to never suffer.

It seems like a spectrum to me, happiness. Ofc you can't be just happy all the time, but for some life turns out enjoyable. Yeah, there is no way you can f***ing control it, doesn't matter what you do, how nice you are, how hard you try. You can just have very bad luck. Seems to me that'd I'd be better off being a piece of sh*t in this world, but I don't want to. I'd rather die. I too wish that I was never born.

Because only those who are bad, sociopathic, narcissistic, greedy and manipulative get ahead in life and are fulfilled. Those who are nice are being shat on from every direction. Life is just dog eat dog bullshit and if you don't have what it takes for this, you will suffer much more. I don't even think that happiness exists actually.

Many of us have never been happy.

I've never been happy. I hate myself, my body. Everything. I hate life. I hate that other people tell me to lighten up and "do something else". Wtf. I have pain my foot and ocd and my body is just uncomfortable.

My aunt said to me like 15 minutes ago "look up when you're walking". Like that would make me feel better.

I hate it all. I would have loved to have a better body and mind without desease, but that's just not the case.

I was thinking about offing myself soon. Have sn. I was thinking about driving to a forest in my car. What do you think?

well im not nice I treat people closest to me like shit. I abused my ex. people like me don't belong on earth. if I cant get along with people that I love the most then there is something wrong with me. that's why I'm isolating myself right now. I will try to stay alone to not hurt anyone till I kill myself.

My issue is that if you were to try and change yourself, I'm afraid that you'd just be met with a lot of judgement. I don't think you're like this just because, there must be a reason. You can only give what you've received. I honestly find this forum to be more helpful than therapy. You can only fix something if you see it, talk about it and acknowledge it. Doesn't sound like you're having a good time, I feel you.

Well, sometimes being nice gets one being used and taken for granted. Much more being selfless only grants opportunities to the selfish.
