It can be for multiple reasons I believe. Sometimes a low post count, sometimes your post history, and sometimes it just randomly picks some posts.
So what can I do about it? I have important long comment to leave on one post what should I do about it?

I don't think there is anything you really can do but wait it out. I'm not even sure you can delete a post while it's waiting approval. I suppose you could try though.
