Why everybody has a diffrent composisution for sn

for the SN essential i know the dose but what about the others,like:
20x30 mg tablets Oxazepam (iM not sure how many,i want prefer diezpam but dont know the right dose)
Metoclopramide 3x10 mg
Paracetamol 1000 mg
Is this all right?
