This is interesting. Mind if I ask where you got this information from? I thought that the usage of H2 Receptor Antagonists were supposed to prevent the conversion of Nitrite into NitrAte by the stomach after ingestion.

Edit: Title mentions wiki as source. Still curious to know how they reached that conclusion.
