Why do normal people who have bland taste in music only listening to whatever is popular seem to use services like last fm for example that you would think only huge fans of music would enjoy? This makes no sense to me as they would even bother maybe it is trendy? normal people all listen to the same music though so why would they bother looking for new music when they can look at the char to learn what to like? I am not trying to be an elitist I am actually confused.
