What kind of pills? There are only a small amount of pills that will actually cause death. And an even much smaller amount that will cause a peaceful death. Authorities have long since taken off the market the best suicide pills.
I have trazodone, quetiapine, some zopliclone, co codamol. Something to help me fall asleep without alerting my husband

Thanks....I have an amazing husband who always tells me otherwise but I feel like he needs and deserves better.....I'm struggling to keep finding reasons to go on. I'm sitting at work just now and never went this far before and looking for advice to end things without hurting anyone
The only thing that might be lethal in high doses is that co codamol because it has codeine in it. And codeine is a opiate. But if you have been using co codamol then it would take an exceptionally high dose because opiates build tolerance very quick. Also if you fail with a high dose of co codamol then you could have liver damage. Which could easily be reason enough to avoid it as a method. You really have to know what your doing especially for pills, because only certain pills work and only at certain doses under certain conditions, and if you don't get all the variables right then you could be suffering the rest of your life with some kind of damage. Be very careful.
I can't help with those self-depressing thoughts of yours.. Because I feel the same with myself. I feel that many people in my life are too good for me and it is true to some extent. Good to know you have got support from your husband. Why are planning to end it.. if I may ask
