Who to email in the UK to notify

I don't want to be found by an 'innocent' so I am planning on scheduling an email to warn someone to notify the authorities on my location. I'm in the UK.. GP would obviously be ideal but hardly any GPs at least none that I have researched publish their emails (which is understandable). Any suggestions?

Local police forces list their email addresses online but I don't know how often they're checked. If you're under the care of a local mental health team you might be able to get the email of your appointed nurse

I've emailed mind in past and they did take about a week to get back to me

They won't necessarily have someone monitoring their emails everyday & definitely not 24/7.

GP surgeries usually have their email address (the surgery, not the individual GPs) on their website. Also not monitored 24/7 but they should check it several times a day during working hours M-F.

I have time... I'll be giving myself 24 hours after the dose before I schedule the email to be sent, I wont need an response. Thank you for your suggestion @DyingAlf.

Local police email will surely be checked more frequently than MIND's email.
