I live in hopes that Zombie Jesus will actually rise one Easter, accompanied by legions of followers so we can have an actual Walking Dead IRL to break up the banality of day to day life. I'll be the cool, self-sacrificing one who "buys you guys time" by holding off hordes of undead alone under the guise of altruism, when I really just want to ctb. I'm still a hero though.

I think monks are hotter than priests. A bigger challenge and more laid back experience. I'm married to a buddhist though so I'm biased.

I went to my aunt's for Easter dinner. Part of her extended family were there. All very normie breeders, but nice people. Felt like I was in a small sea of strangers, though. I left after I thought was the shortest "decent interval" after the meal. On the way out I walked across my non-blood uncle mixing a whiskey drink on the back flap of his SUV. He buys his whiskey by the case at a military commissary. I saw four unopened, and one opened. And he's still in good health at 82.

I got to try these vegan Easter chocolates: the Schmilk Chocolate Bunny, and Gnosis Chocolate's Mylk Chocolate Mini Eggs and three Whyte Chocolate Mini Bunnies. The Schmilk Bunny was much creamier and sweeter than the mylk mini eggs. The whyte chocolate mini bunnies were also delicious.

For Easter dinner, I made lentil sausage gravy pizza with a side of raspberries. The lentil sausage gravy was made with steamed French lentils mixed with pecan-based gravy seasoned sage, roasted garlic, thyme, fennel seed powder, hickory liquid smoke, rosemary, marjoram, black pepper, white pepper, nutmeg, and a pinch of cloves. I used whole wheat Greek flatbreads as the pizza crusts, and topped the lentil sausage gravy with vegan smoked mozzarella. The pizza turned out deliciously rich and hearty! Though, the edges of the crust were burnt. Perhaps the Greek flatbreads need less time in the oven.
