My only options are drowning or jumping from a bridge. Don't know what to do. I have horrific benzo damage and in excruciating pain and it gets worse as I get lower. Ready to end it.

Those are really painful methods, especially drowning.
I highly recommend the resources megathread and find a less painful way to go.
