I asked chatGPT some days ago but in my native language. It confirmed what the people in this forum told me the Mexican cartell videos seem to be the worst. I am so glad I don't live there. It would scared the shit out of me.

LATAM countries surely do have the worst of them. Look up(if you aren't faint-hearted) their sadistic tactics for a clue.

Seconding the CIA. It's essentially the biggest accepted and legalized mafia and terrorist group. You could spend a lifetime reading about all the human rights violations they have and still commit and mass killings they have and still instigate to forcefully shape the world to serve the interests of people in power.
