I'm going to say nose. I'm pulling this answer out of my ass FYI. I see nose breaks frequently in sports and sometimes athletes don't even feel or realize they broke a bone until much later

Maybe like the pinky toe? Idk man I just wouldn't suggest bone breaking as a SH method I guess. The ribs are probably the most painful though so don't do those.

Ok, I've broken my pinkie toe (kicked a bedframe just right) and I've broken ribs (tree fell on me). My toe hurt WAY worse in the beginning -- like when I did it and for several weeks after. Ribs didn't hurt in the beginning (but that could easily have been because the drugs they gave me while I was in the hospital) but now, a bunch of years later, they hurt like a motherfucker when I try to lift or drag anything heavy, or get out if breath.
Six of one, half dozen of another, I guess.
