Seems to depend where you are. Presses M30's (hydrocodone) seem to have a good chance of containing it in varied amounts. Then there's sketchy heroin. Reliably sourcing fent alone appears really challenging unless you're lucky enough to be in the right part of the world with thr right connections. If you manage to find a good source please let me know.

The dark net is the only place I know that you could get products with fent in it. M30s as @Smart No More saidI think that's the best option. Its not that hard. Just a ballache and a little frustrating as its ever changing.
