Where is my Carotid Artery?

I don't even know where my adam's apple is. I'm super skinny and it looks like i have two bumps on my neck. Help me find where i should put the The rope (or necktie if i can't find a rope)

My arteries are below my adams apple, so a little under middle of neck. It is recommended/said in how to hang yourself thread that it is under chin/above adams apple. Your adams apple is likely a little above the middle of you neck. It varies from person to person, I had to try multiple times to find mine.

if one is pale enough one can visually trace it from under the chin, down the throat. one need only follow the big blue lines.
