Yes, just download the Tor app and VPN app. And then search for dark market links using Tor. But you won't find N there. To get N you need to send an e-mail. You can find the e-mail in PPH book

I bought my sn from the us rainforest. The original seller was in Turkey. I assume it's sn anyway could be table salt for all I know.
