It is increasingly difficult to get SN in certain parts of the world. You have to ask suppliers on markets like Alibaba if they are willing to ship smaller quantities (even if it means a little bit more than 25 grams). Good luck!

You could always diy and synthesis from household items. Also no one pointed out and it's kind of redundant but you should never say the full chemical name, it's part of the rules .

Just say SN and people will know the composition you are referring to.

I think China is a mixed bag. There're good and bad Chinese chemical companies out there.

Should be Germany. They're one of the biggest chemical producers in the world.
