Is this accessible on Amazon? I think I've seen it on there but I need to be sure I'm getting the correct one. Links are appreciated.

I just ordered mines from Amazon, it seems to be pretty accessible if you're in the US. I ordered one from a company that had complaints that it needed to be removed because people aren't using it for its intended purposes (aka suicide)
