I had a suicidal friend but even just broaching the topic was awkward. She said she wasn't anymore. It's sad that this has to be a solitary thing. At least when we were born, there were people there at the event who were on our side.

My very first question on this forum was along the same lines, looking for a suicide partner.
Sadly, I doubt that is something that would ever happen with me.

I do think having someone with you will make the SI a lot more tolerable or easier to handle...

Also finding someone who is as committed as you is not easy, even in suicide people remain unreliable

Where are you? I'm considering jumping as well - I'm in South West England where there are a couple of tall(ish) bridges over wide rivers that may be suitable. People have used them before to ctb. I just worry about messing it up and surviving with injuries.
