Ok so I thought I'd found a website to get SN from but it turns out I can't have it sent to me personally. Is there anywhere I can buy from where I can have it sent to me personally? Preferably in the EU that it does not go through customs. Feel free to PM me.

So, in Germany, it's not possible for packages of SN to pass customs? I have no idea how it works in Germany or the EU.
Don't take my word for it, but I always thought customs were only for imports from other countries.

No vendor in Germany sells SN to private individuales. You can order from one of the EU sources, so that customs is not involved.
Wait so is SN illegal? I always thought it was legal but they'll maybe do a welfare check or something?

No. It´s not illegal to own SN. But some users in the UK and Germany had problems with customs and/or police because they ordered it from abroad.
