Where are people getting n from

Idk if this will get taken down, I know the rules changed but then changed back?

I see people talking about getting n and I scour the resources and idk why but I can't find the contact details for the individual who people keep mentioning has helped them.

I'm happy for anyone to contact me privately regarding this but yeah I'm very lost with this aspect.

I know I can just keep attempting with methods that don't require substances but I know the more I try and fail the more I risk injuring myself :(
