The last time I felt true happiness was 6-7 years ago and it does feel like a million years ago. A lot has changed since then and I wish I would say for the better.
The last time I felt hopeful was May of this year before everything went to shit.

Probably for the first 3 months of my marriage. I wouldn't call it happy as much as "temporarily stabilized". My depression and anxiety conquers all at the end of the day.Similar threads
