I laugh and smile all the time, but not because I feel anything. It is particularly disturbing that I trend to laugh when describing horrible feelings and trauma or dramatic events. I am fucked up.

Last time I laughed was today I think, started to watch some show (Six Feet Under) and some scenes were funny.

Last time I genuinely smiled was 2 days ago, I finished a replay of my favorite game (Night in the Woods). even cried because the ending was so emotional and beautiful.

But as you can see, the only joy I get nowadays is from media, I don't get happiness from people or meaningul events anymore

Here and there, I suppose. Lots of things can make me laugh on occasion, but smile? As in to just smile out of pure contentment, and or, relaxed satisfaction with your personal little world, and not because you happen to have found something funny at the time? Under those terms, I'm not sure I've ever truly smiled.
