I've no idea. I hadn't heard of P freebase until. I'm curious to know the answer myself now though.
Have you seen sources for the P freebase? Does it have a proper name. Like pentobarbital freebase?

Pentobarbital is actually an acid, a derivative of barbituric acid. The free acid is not soluble, it doesn't get absorbed so it can't be used to ctb.
