What is in everybody's Ctb kit?
I either own everything or it's on its way to me. But haven't assembled altogether yet.

I'm not super excited to die wearing a diaper but I do want to mitigate clean up for personnel and my loved ones so it's worth it. And if there are any excess bodily fluids the plastic sheeting will catch that. What is your favorite book if you want to share?

I miserably failed in my last attempt on December 4. I intend to die sometime this year and not fail this time. 100g of SN is enough for me to make a backup drink (thrice over!) in case I vomit.

I was able to find meto online I had to pay a bit but was able to get the prescription and it's getting mailed out today! So I can add that to my kit. I also added mortar and pestle after rereading the SN protocol.

Seroquel

propranolol

Lorazepam

Metoclopramide

Sugar (spikes heart beat a bit) perhaps stevia or allucose

Hot tea (makes me drowsy and equally makes me feel like im dying)

Diazepam

SN with cold water

Water by Drowning perhaps figuring out soon, but most definitely a huge tank when it happens, very cold temp

Blankets (comforters)

Comfortable clothes or tight clothes as it doesn't matter, just to cut off circulation

Pillow for comfortability for the last time as I will be saying bye to my favorite thing of all, rest and sleep, and this will help me have the strength to go into the tub while I feel stuff going on

Very very warm in the room, lots of fans, ac, thermal air cooler, etc, some hot air to activate anything especially the waters...

Very smart to have everything ready at one place, I only have the sn, meto, propanofol, and 2 rc benzos I still need to test ready and though I will wing all the utensils needed when the time comes, but having everything down to the scales and cups ready is a good idea. I also have noose attached to a door anchor ready and notes s and living will.

I have a similar list because I am planning on the same method as you. Getting the list together really provides me peace, I am not sure if anyone else feels the same way. I can't wait to get it all together. I may not even be in a rush to ctb when I do, but I will at least have that same sense of relief that you experienced. I just hope we can all find our peace someday.

When one dies they void their bladder and bowels. The plastic sheeting and adult diaper is for easy cleanups of any bodily fluids.
