I'm taking both benzos and sedatives before SN. Ativan and Seroquel specifically. Plus the recommended antacids and anti emetics. I'll do anything I can to remain chill and calm throughout.

The most sedating things I've ever had are mirtazapine (remeron in US), diphenhydramine and Xanax - Mirtazapine when you first take it without any tolerance is very sedating in 20 mins or so, coupled with diphen and Xan would be my choice - snorted heroin was incredibly calming and sedating for me, I'd probably add that too, if it were meLast edited:Similar threads
