Maybe Pernod apertif/cordial? I went to store today and shall go again tomorrow intent on finding the nestiest Euro hooch I can find to practice with. Honestly, when I bartended, my customers from Europe just LOVED this stuff. To me, it smelled like paint thinner and tasted worse. Perfect.
