Hey there,

What are the best medicines to ask for overdosing from my shrink
Benzodiazepines don't work even when you combine it with alcohol.
And they won;t prescribe pentobarbital anymore and I wouldn;t know how to get it,

My last option is overdose on heroin + alcohol

Or jumping . but how do i overcome the fear of jumping itself?? Alcohol??

Your psychiatrist won't prescribe you anything you can use to kill yourself.
