Sorry for the pain your going through. I can imagine the stress that SI is causing you.
The only reccomendation I have for you is to piece together a well thought out plan, and get your affairs in order. That has reduced my anxiety tremendously, and has allowed me to be more comfortable with exiting early.

I understand. It's so easy to be born because you literally don't have to do anything to come into the world but to leave you have to go through all these complicated steps and plan so much with the chance that it won't even succeed (which happens with most attempts). It's super frustrating and the SI is the worst because it's like you're literally preventing yourself from doing what you feel like you need to do (ctb) so then you're frustrated with yourself, even though it's not you and just a biological instinct. And then on top of that, certain obnoxious types of pro-lifers just make things worse. I don't know what to say to help you with your pain but I just wanted to say I and probably many other users on this forum understand

It's that cruel survival instinct. Evolved to compell creatures to do all they can to stay alive. Life/Our own body is like an abusive partner, giving us pain if we don't do exactly what it wants us to do or if we try to hurt ourselves, in an attempt to free ourselves from unwilling servitude.

You're fighting millions of years of evolution, we are programmed to survive as humans, it's very hard to kill yourself people almost always underestimate it.
I would love to have a fentenyl od but it's not something you find easily in the UK, had it once pre surgery best feeling I've had in my life. Then they knocked me out.
Heroin I was reading, if you are not opiate naïve, you need a fuck of lot to get to the point of oding and that costs money and you have to find a supplier, not impossible but again not as easy as turning on a light switch either.
Firearms and explosives in the UK hahahahaha.
Jumping don't really want to spend the last moments of my life pissing and shitting myself from fear, because I would.
Ditto jumping in front of a train plus the train driver ends up traumatised. Not really fair on them.

There is nothing easy about suicide, and I understand your frustrations. If dying is easy then I would have left this world a long time ago. The things that hold me back personally from attempting is limited access to methods and the fear of failing. I'm so tired of it all. An easily accessible, painless way to leave this world should be a human right. We have already suffered enough so none of us should have to do complicated suicide research. Suicide forums should never need to exist.
I just hate how we live in a pro suffering society that just wants to prolong our misery until we die from old age. Non existence will always be preferable to living, dying removes all unnecessary problems and suffering, and we will all die eventually someday anyway, so why make suicide so unnecessarily difficult. It's unfair.
