Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hi, everyone. Can you tell me what to do if something goes wrong while I'm trying to CTB with sodium nitrite? Obviously, if I'm found during the process, I'll receive medical attention and be taken to a hospital, where, in theory, I'll be treated without any harm to my body.
So what should I do if I get really sick during the attempt, or if for some reason I don't die and wake up after a while? In that case, should I call for medical help, or if I survive, will my body handle the intoxication on its own? Obviously, I don't want to call an ambulance, since they'll send me to a psychiatric hospital after treatment.

So, if the method fails and I remain conscious after the attempt, is it necessary to seek medical help, or will my body recover on its own? Thank you
