The thought of no longer being alive. How when I am dead there will be no more suffering and I will be at peace.Video games, laying in the bed and reading forums. I used to smoke pot at some point but it had negative effects on me. Alcohol was only fun in social setting and I don't do much social anymore. I'm wary of touching any other substances. I once tried an opioid, and it was too pleasant experience to touch again.Last edited:Yup, alcohol. Though it doesn't always work. Weed used to work but nowadays it just makes my head spin with thoughts. It can make me a lot more anxious. Videogames and movies are nice distractions.

Taking a warm shower after more then one week of not taking care of my depressed arse is pretty amazing. Besides, I like exercise.

Getting knocked out for surgery was pretty relaxing. Ended up sleeping 16 hours once I got home. Typically only get 3/4 hours of sleep each night so that was nice.
