If you believe that our mental and spiritual energy will survive the physical death of our bodies. Given that a lot of religions, philosophical systems condone a self-inflicted death. How do you settle accounts with the Universe before you go? What do you do to depart in communion with yourself and with the Supreme Energy, whatever you deem It to be?
