All you actually need to catch the bus with SN is SN itself. That's the only component that kills you.

BUT, the other medications can increase the likelihood of catching the bus and can also increase comfort during the process.

Anti helps reduce chance of vomiting. I'm CTB with nitrite on Friday night. No emetic. To do it properly takes about 24 48 hours of prep. You have to have real SN Pure. Do a blood test to confirm. 24 to 48 hours of fasting. No food or drinks. This is important cause it causes your body to absorb the SN better and reduce vomiting.

It's difficult to develop a sample to determine success rates for the effectiveness of antiemetics for CTB via SN.

People CTB with SN alone with and without throwing up.
People CTB taking antiemetics and SN with and without throwing up.
People in either situations above also fail to CTB.

This is also why it's suggested to create additional cups of SN solution to drink in case a person throws up in order to maintain the minimum suggested lethal dose.
