• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

A thicker rope they use for sailing boats, for example, would probably be best, I assume. Wide enough not to cut into your skin, but also thin enough for it to apply enough pressure. Also, the rope is strong enough for 5 people to hang themselves. Either way, hanging is far from a comfortable experience

Something like that:

agree. the threads here can't really explain the way it feels until you try it for the first time. partial or full suspension are painful in their own ways. i always get a headache when i practice hanging, too. you can't find a cheaper and easier method to do, though.

I don't really want to hang. My preferred method is SN but I just can't find anyone willing to sell me benzos 😭 that's the only thing I'm missing

benzos aren't suuuuupper necessary but i get it. some people don't even take sn with antiemetics. i think benzos are the hardest thing for people to source so they usually go without it

Benzos won't help with your passing away. They are just more of an experience enhancer, knocking you out quicker and helping with SI. Benzos in themselves aren't harmful at all. An alternative to benzos would just be to make yourself very, very tired. Don't sleep for 30 hours, take some melatonin, and/or take some OTC Sleeping Pills that don't require a prescription, for example.

With SI, create a comfortable and safe environment. Maybe do a few dry runs and just mix water with normal table salt and drink it, and lie down so you get used to the whole process and it isn't as scary anymore. There are lots of calming teas, herbal meds, etc, that also help with anxiety. Technically, really strong smelling salts or ammonia can help rock you out of anxiety/panic attacks as well.
