I reckon, if you mean method or ways to make it easier on the finder, leaving a note with a time you did it and a clear message to call "000/911 and don't go in as it's too late" is a good start. I know though that won't stop some peeps that might find me, so I've read that to make it easier on the finder, wear glasses, or sunglasses or such, so they don't see your eyes. And use a commode if at all possible. Depending on method (for eg, gunshot to head) a black cloth bag may bring some more comfort for the finder, noting they will still see lots of blood, but perhaps not the mess that was your face.

I would have though ant ingestion method. So overdose, SN, N, Co, etc. Being under the covers may help, so it looks like your just asleep.
