trazodone knocks me out in 15min if i take it on an empty stomach.
olanzapine made me gain 15kg. my psych said you can gain up to 2kg/week. he, himself, used olanzapine and gained 20kg in 2 months.
but it's a great crisis med. never heard about it being used to insomnia, great to know!
also, quetiapine is another knock out but it also gives a lot of hunger, and you wake up dizzy, basically dizzy all day long. i took 50mg and 25mg and it was basically the same effect.

Lemborexant has started to be effective for me after a week.
I can get enough sleep, but I do experience weirdly realistic nightmares.For me, I use Hydroxyzine. It is a powerful antihistamine, that in the U.S. can be prescribed "off label" for sleep issues.

Having regular sleep patterns, getting up in the morning and catching some of the daylight and also being in some activity during the day can help alot (also avoiding caffeine after mid-day).
