Method what is the benzo cocktail to ctb ?

Hi everyone, i'm new to this forum, although it's been already 4 years that i'm browsing into it, i'm finally daring to ask a question, so please be kind if this has already been discussed or if this is not the right place, or just unclear.

I have two Benzo from my psych ; Ativan and Xanax. I wonder what can i do with them in order to ctb.

I heard that one should't mix Xanax and alcool, or Ativan and coke, and i wonder how this works.

My question is, what can i add to ctb with a cocktail of benzo starting from those two that i have ?

I can't find N or SN in my country ( Belgium ) and it sound super vague to me / sketchy to even try to find some. I would like to use something i can find easily or that i can have from prescription ( my psych are quiet easy with prescription )

Hi and welcome. Sorry life brought you here. I hope you can recover and avoid this tragic decision.
Otherwise, medication OD is not recommended (too risky and not 100% reliable)

Thank you for your time, wishes and answer... so i guess there is no magic formula saying ; this much alcool + this much Ativan will do this ? it is very tiring... if anyone ever hear about something, let me know
