I hear a lot of talk about it.
I think its Sodium Nitrate, but I dont know how it works or why is it so good?
How are you supposed to use it? And is it the same you can buy in stores?
And what is DMC?

Nitrite interferes with the oxygen-carrying capacity of hemoglobin in red blood cells.

It converts hemoglobin (Hb) into methemoglobin (MetHb), which cannot carry oxygen, leading to a condition called methemoglobinemia.

bluish skin (cyanosis), shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness, confusion, and in severe cases, death.
Nitrites can cause vasodilation (widening of blood vessels), which lowers blood pressure, and can lead to fainting or shock in high doses.

Red blood cells normally carry oxygen using a protein called hemoglobin.

Sodium nitrite changes hemoglobin into methemoglobin.

Methemoglobin can't carry oxygen.

So even if you're breathing in oxygen, your blood can't deliver it to your organs properly.

That can lead to suffocation from the inside, even though your lungs are working.

Is it a safe method? Does it have risk of brain damage or something like that?

yeah, brain damage is a real risk — but it's dependent on the dose and how quickly it's treated
if your sick you are meant to go straight to AE

It's sodium nitrIte, not nitrAte. This is a very important distinction, nitrAte will not work.
