Not sure if it's a code for something but another user has said it's a scam.
The tracking codes for express starts with LT (the same as normal delivery) which is apparently not the code for express delivery.
I'm not from Ukraine so I can't confirm whether this is true or not but from reading other posts, it seems to arrive in the same time regardless of express delivery or not.

I used express delivery and it took 2.5 weeks. I'm not sure how long it took others who didn't do express delivery.
Apparently delivery increased for both types, so express is what the normal amount of time used to be
