[Lost in a Dream]

What I love the most about it is the core belief that I share with it, that a person should have the right to decide for themselves whether they exist or not. It's about personal freedom at the end of the day. I also love that I can relate to people on here because I've been suicidal for a very long time. Even if I get banned from the site for being an asshole to somebody, I still would have no ill will towards this site.

What do you guys think? What made you want to join Sasu and if you love the site, what do you love the most about it?

I like the uncensored approach to CTB info, that made be browse it as guest every now and then for years, and eventually join... the community is generally quite friendly too.

The small part I don't like is the "partnering" thread, because of some misuse I heard discussed (maybe it is both helpful and harmful, please users... don't blindly trust anyone online or offline, listen to ur gut, and respect each other in DM)... so I avoid it.

I was killing spiders fearlessly the other day and thinking how grateful I am I don't live there

I think some people are pretty wild here, but most are at least not actively harmful, kinda like 'Murican spiders.

SaSu feels like a place i can call home on the internet, people dont judge me for my ideas... if anything being able to talk about it so freely helps alot more than making it a taboo

you can speak out of your intents without being taken away.

I like that a lot of the threads here are thought provoking and get intelligent replies as opposed to regular social media slop. I also like that saying you are depressed /suicudal is not met with the rubber stamp, pro-life BS you get everywhere else. I like that trolls are kept in check not just by mods, but by the community by replying with well-formed arguments instead of just calling someone names. I like that people make happy posts even if we are all depressed af.

And also Pluto's cat memes.

If only laws could be changed so we could discuss those things openly, or even better, medical assisted suicide became legal everywhere for people like us. Forced lifers and their stupid laws disgust me to no end. Those people may pretend to care about things like personal freedom but they really don't. Any country (which is just about all of them) that rejects the right to die as a human right fails in my eyes and it is one of the reasons why I no longer see the USA as a "free country" and it is where I live. Everything the flag represents is a lie if you ask me.

Even at my worst, the cat memes can still make me smile. Pluto is awesome.
