right now nothing, they are just temporary distractions. I'm always in mental agony. My distractions are video games, this forum, some music, sleeping, some tele, eating, and that's about it. Don't have a life anymore.

Reading or playing video games Monotonous hard work. Might sound weird, but dig a ditch, dig out a tree stump, rake the yard, it all requires no real thought so just auto pilot and let the mind stop thinking lol

I understand what you are saying. I also like to walk but not alone. I wish sometimes that I could take my cat for a walk.

Drawing, chatting with friends, eating something from outside, reading, sleeping, bathing and watching videos. It's not much but I've been able to survive until now through them, though I still feel some kind of emptiness that never leaves and it makes it difficult for me to enjoy things at its fullest.

I never really feel very relaxed, but I do like the sound of the rain. I just try to pass the time until I fall asleep, nothing really makes me feel much better. I guess sleep can be like a break from this life, I wish I could sleep more.

I feel the same :) I think it helps us with loneliness. From what I have seen I always enjoy your comments so maybe you should consider being a more active member, I think you have a lot to give to the community

I understand. Most of the things I used to like to do I haven't been able to do for a long time. Maybe with time I will be able to do it little by little.
Sleeps helps a lot. At least when we don't have nightmares ou dreams. That's very annoying. Before I used to listen to music every day and several times a day, now since I got depressed I can't even listen to music, any kind of music at all. And most of the times my TV is on mute, don't know why either.
Or when a good dream gets interrupted by bowel movements. The feeling of being too tired to get up, but the body is so full of poop that you have no choice
