If you were using the P one, it might not have gone through. I think it was around that he changed his email to the T one. I get so confused with A because some people say he's responsive, while others say he just stop communication.

Yeah I have the March 2020 handbook too. Back in April, A and I were corresponding back and forth and I was ready to buy, but then he just disappeared on me. Last think I asked him was whether I should buy 1 or 2 from him and he never sent me another email. I'm a big guy so I wanted to be sure I took enough. I hope I didn't spook him.
from the sound of things, it seems more likely he has changed address and thats why contact was lost?

the reason no1 now wants to pass emails on., is probably because the other source has been getting people complaining about them, and at the moment they have disappeared from the site they ere selling on. they are saying they are restocking, whether they do or not we don't know its been a while now.
so their is only one source, and i'm guessing people don't want to make it none.
so you can blame all the people complained (most haven't even bought from him) and don't understand how ordering illegal drugs work.
also possibly a load of pro -lifers trying to ruin our sources.
I might actually contact the sources to let them know what i think is going on, thats both of them aswell.
SO STICK THAT I N YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT PRO LIFE/PEOPLE TRYING TO RUIN IT FOR OTHERS!!!

Is it considered safe to buy from A right now? I was thinking about it a few weeks ago, then thought it might be better to buy from C, but now it seems like that's no longer an option. It seems like all this changes extremely quickly.
It didn't change extremely quickly, its all just happened lately. i think a group of people may be trying to sabotage the N sources. So you might find it a hell of alot harder to get links to them. plus as soon as the sources are told of what might possibly be going on, they'll know just to ignore future BS they might be receiving
