Can someone tell me what exactly is "the peaceful pill handbook" about? do you know if they discuss suicide methods in that handbook? and where can i get a copy of it? please let me know, thank you

You can find its pdf on this site, but it's a unique and nice piece of work, so if you can afford it, please consider buying it.
Btw, yes it describes the methods that are widely available, reliable and as painless as possible.
