thank you so much, i really appreciate the advice (and dw about the autism i have it too), ive done well to maintain my weight for the past couple of months instead of losing more, im still trying new things out of hope things will improve, ive also got other mental health diagnoses on top of this and im trying new things to see if anything can spark passion in me, but unfortunately ive not come across anything yet, youre right about the point around physical health, im very lucky that my physical complications from anorexia are quite minimal so far, i have digestive issues which do suck bc that does cause me near constant discomfort but that is tolerable most of the time, and my heart rate is fast + blood pressure low, i consider myself quite "lucky" in this aspect bc i have friends who are a similar weight and things are much worse for them
its strange bc i have decided to ctb and i have got a time set for when im going to start giving up supplies, but im trying not to give up on life in the meantime, i am trying to do new things bc you never know how things may change
im sorry that things are so bad for you at the moment and the tinnitus sounds awful, if youve decided to ctb, i hope you can find some peace in your final days, if not, then i hope you can find peace with living
this is going to sound really silly because ive decided to ctb but id have what was considered as quite a traumatic childhood, ive had therapists be surprised ive made it to university, and even cry when i told them my story, i think it made me somewhat stronger, but also weaker in some aspects, and wow ive got the double whammy here with a depressed mum + addict father, i agree that mental pain can go away with training, but unfortunately ive not seen results despite 7 years of treatment, i have tried very hard because this is such a big deicison to make and i am terrified of something going wrong and leaving me disabled but ty for the insight
