What do you think of my plan

I would like to die and as painlessly and quickly as possible. It is not my first attempt and this time I want to be absolutely sure that it is final. My preferred method is heroin overdose, because I think it is very fast and without much suffering. My plan is to drink alcohol, then inject a large amount of heroin in to vein or insert it rectally. My concern was that I might still survive and be rescued, so my thought was to additionally put a noose around my neck and strangle myself when I pass out and collapse. In order to prevent that I have to live on as a vegetable, I would like to hang a living will around my neck, in which it is stated that I do not wish any resuscitation and no injection of Naloxan. This wish must be respected by rescue workers in the country where I live. What do you think, do you think this works, what could I do better?

I don't have a comment on the full thing, but just a part. Just a heads up that strangling probably won't be too reliable. Once you pass out from it I'm not sure how it would continue, your arms would fall and you'd be able to breathe again. Despite that I hope you find your peace

I'm not sure if it's clear what I meant or if I misunderstood you. I want to tie the rope at the top of one end to a fixed point and then put the noose around my neck. If I pass out I should slump to the floor and strangle myself or not? What do you mean my arms go down? Why should I be angled to breathe again?
